I like most of the messages shared by PM Narendra Modji on his All India Radio audition of "Parikha Pa Sarsha". The Examination and Evaluation of the learning community has become major intent of the academic activity institutions and educators- where there is hardly scope for reviewing learning outcome and offering a positive learning experience. The driving force of the country is service sector and it contribution towards GDP is 52%. So, the country's greater investment is in Education not skill-based on proficiency of the learner. I like PM delivering message on Examination based stress on the students. It seems the education system has not updated as per expectation of our PM.
Now people are running after coaching tutors without a degree or Diploma in teaching not to the teachers who have mandatory certification for teaching. The coaching centres have made crores of Income in the name of preparing  Medical, Engineering or Management aspirant candidates by promoting it as a glamour, while 1-2 percent candidates succeed. Why one has to approach the mentors to get success through the so called mentors who hardly any kind of formal teaching qualification. How significant are the MCQ based questions which determine the proficiency of the candidates to be suitable for the profession? Why most of the talented learner has to Engineers or Doctors only? Why the college or school level learning is not adequate to qualify through the MCQ tests? Why one has to miss general level of learning and go through rigorous training? Why a Kota level of teaching replacing the NCERT/NCTE approved level of teaching? Are we designing a para-metre to qualify our students through such coaching institutes which can highjack the policy of education?
